We require each guest to provide an attendance guarantee of €25 per person upon reservation.
- Cancellation without charge is possible up to 24 hours in advance for reservations up to 4 people, and up to 36 hours in advance for reservations from 5 people.
- In case of cancellation after this deadline, the deposit will be used to compensate for food loss due to late cancellation of no-show.
In case of timely cancellation, the deposit is not lost. You can opt for:
- A coupon worth the deposit (this happens automatically and you do not need to request it), valid for a subsequent visit.
- A refund of the deposit. This should be requested by e-mail at reservations@leuventaste.be . Please note that an administration fee of €4 per person will be retained to cover the cost of Taste to Tablefever
