Cancellation policy and deposit

We require each guest to provide an attendance guarantee of €25 per person upon reservation.

- Cancellation without charge is possible up to 24 hours in advance for reservations up to 4 people, and up to 36 hours in advance for reservations from 5 people.
- In case of cancellation after this deadline, the deposit will be used to compensate for food loss due to late cancellation of no-show.

In case of timely cancellation, the deposit is not lost. You can opt for:

- A coupon worth the deposit (this happens automatically and you do not need to request it), valid for a subsequent visit.
- A refund of the deposit. This should be requested by e-mail at reservations@leuventaste.be . Please note that an administration fee of €4 per person will be retained to cover the cost of Taste to Tablefever.

Important

- Allergies, pregnancy, special diets or eating habits we ask that you inform us in advance. Failure to do so may result in a surcharge.

- Actions and promotions cannot be combined.

Private bookings and events

Our restaurant is also available outside regular opening hours for private lunches or dinners. We also offer options for corporate events and wedding celebrations.
