Terms and conditions for the ‘Taste for Win’ scratch card promotion:

 

  1. Eligibility: The “Taste for Win” promotion is open to guests who book a dining experience at Taste restaurant. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Reservation details: Each guest who makes a qualifying reservation and prepayment of €25 will receive one (1) Taste for Win scratch card per person when dining at the restaurant. The scratch card will be issued on an individual basis, not per table.
  3. Prices: Prizes vary and may include free meals, discounts on future visits, merchandise from Taste restaurant and other exclusive offers. Details of the prizes are listed on the scratch-off tickets. Each scratch card provides a prize. 
  4. Price claiming: Prizes must be claimed at the time of dining. Winners must present the winning scratch card to staff to redeem their prize. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. Multiple bookings: Guests may make more than one eligible reservation to receive multiple scratch tickets. Each booking must meet the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  6. General conditions: Restaurant Taste reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the “Taste for Win” promotion if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond the reasonable control of Taste affects the integrity or proper functioning of the promotion, as determined by Taste in its sole discretion.
  7. Liability: By participating in the “Taste for Win” promotion, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Restaurant Taste and its employees, officers, directors, affiliates and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
  8. Privacy: All personal information collected will be used in accordance with Taste restaurant's privacy policy.
